To ask you to show me your baking/food?

I'm using up some over ripe bananas and have a spice banana loaf in t'oven. I'll post a pic when it's out of the tin. As long as it doesn't look like the dog produced it.

Anyone else got delicious looking pics of food they've made? Not normally something I'm into but I think some of us are probably cooking/baking more than usual.

I cook from scratch a lot but haven't made a cake for a while.

All these bakes look devine, i would share my recent picture of golden flapjacks and brownies but they were eaten quicker than i thought

Leftover shawarma chicken, vegetable couscous with whatever bits were in the veg drawer and flatbread with cumin seeds. Also served with some yoghurt and pomegranate seeds.

Sacrificed a tin of tomatoes and made a lasagna!

Last night's supper with left over Sunday roast; sweet and sour pork with egg fried rice. All made from scratch with
fresh pineapple and veg plus store cupboard ingredients - tomato sauce, sherry, white wine vinegar etc.

Made Easter Biscuits with DC today, following a FB Live cookery class. Taste great.

Made biscuits "with" DS. He ate eleventy billion of the sugar balls I was using to decorate them.

Here's the cheese & onion scone loaf we made a couple of days ago. I used to love cooking but my declining health means I need a lot of help to do anything in the kitchen now, but it's nice to feel involved still.

I made a fruit loaf. I sent my neighbour three slices AND SHE’S PUT THEM IN QUARANTINE FOR 72HRS

Thanks, incognito, it was just something I came up with to keep them occupied, I posted about it on AIBU if anyone wants a read. I made up rules and everything 😉😂 my photos will look familiar though as I've posted them there too.

Today's offerings:

18yo made shakshuka alongside homemade flatbread, patas bravas and baba ganoush. Was tasty.

No baking today though, except for my usual sourdough loaf which isn't ready yet.

Will be trying sourdough muffins (1st attempt) and pancakes (which we've made a few times before) on the weekend.

Soft rolls today. I had to test one straight out of the oven with butter. 😋

Ds3 was supposed to make Empire biscuits in home economics but our school closed on the Tuesday. He did them at home. I have made a chocolate sponge, two banana loaves and a syrup sponge mostly because we are scraping the bottom of the barrel food wise and our delivery’s not coming until tomorrow night!

I've baked a few things since lockdown, will definitely be gaining a stone. Want to have a go at bread next! These are photos of a blueberry and strawberry pie and a sugar free banana loaf. Really trying not to waste anything with everything going on at the minute and all these fruits were on their way out.

I posted upthread asking if anyone had a cookie recipe using oatmeal, rather than oats, and then I found one on the side of the oatmeal packet!

I added pieces of broken Divine dark chocolate coins left over from Christmas. Delicious!

DS1 donated some Smarties that he'd had since Christmas to decorate these. One good thing about this lockdown is that both my boys are really getting into baking. At this rate, we'll be entering bake off when it finishes

I made a blueberry jam shortbread tart. It didn't even last the day 😁
