My DD is cooking a roast.
Normally DD hides in her room and snacks.

Making a very detailed model out of those maize noodle things that look like wotsits and are used for packaging.

Later she is going to dye her hair purple. (The dye was in the parcel with the wotsits - but she has to wait until she's tested it on her inner arm, which is killing her with anticipation.)

My preschoolers yesterday made themselves a paddling pool using water from the pond. Their error was that they used my washing basket which is full of holes

Ds1 is making yum yums and dd is learning Romanian on duolingo

My dd is making waffles, using every kitchen implement in sight, many bowls and chopping every fruit known to man to go on top. She will be significantly less bored when she has do do all the cleari g up 😁

Watching paw patrol in a duvet and chair fort DH made for him. With no trousers on because he spilt water on them and no one wants a 10 minute row to get him dressed.

DS aged 5 is recreating parkour in the living room.

DD 5 months is treating my boobs like an all you can eat buffet.

I asked DD to get dressed, she is now wearing a very large man's shirt, I don't know where it came from, she said it was in the ironing basket.!

My two are bored of each other and are arguing over a train track. Apparently they don't want to play separately, but neither do they want to play together I have to admit that I'm slightly jealous of some of my friends who are spending isolation watching movies and relaxing. Not much relaxing is happening in this house!

I’ve just got toddler DS to sleep.. however he did spend an hour before that sliding 2 spoons across the floor which were “having a race” think the boredom is doing him good he’s making up his own entertainment which I’ve never known him to do before! Always asks me to play with him! Was actually very nice to see

Ds has got ball shaped magnets out and is rolling them around the room. Then for a change is sliding toy pans across the floor. And just as i typed this has discovered throwing them into the pans 😭😭

My DD's are cleaning their bedroom WITHOUT being asked/told to.....

Nine month old has just passed out on me having spent an hour rampaging round the living room alternately screeching like a pterodactyl and biting people/objects/walls. The seventeen year old has dyed her hair black and cut a fringe.

One teenage DS has helped me vacuum down the sofas and chairs, and is now cleaning the living room floor. Other DS is cleaning his room and has already cleaned the bathroom! To be fair they are usually pretty good, but not that good!

DS, 9 is learning Japanese. But only writing is, he has no interest in speaking it. How that works I’ve no idea but it’s keeping him busy.

Oh no, I tell a lie, he did elect to learn to say the word for ‘poop’.
