Ex husband pays the bare minimum for 2 kids. No contribution for trips, school music lessons, uniforms etc etc. Also made multiple claims to CMS for variations and reductions due to mileage, wear and tear on his car🙄, attending school sports days etc. Has seen the kids maybe 3 times since December as was off getting married to OW in South Africa. No christmas presents either. Announced 2 weeks ago all contact is stopped due to social distancing. So AIBU to contact CMS and ask them to recalculate the claim. He has helpfully put it in an email so I have evidence.
