I have a flight booked end of May, I decide to rebook for October and find a good price - price remains the same for a whole day and night. I’m not able to change flight online so I call them and when I finally get through suddenly they can’t honour the price as that would be a new booking. While I am on the phone, she offers me a different price, then the price rises and rises until the difference is £800 (from less than £100) with the reserved flight. I’m pretty sure it’s because the woman on the phone keeps checking for me.
If they don’t want you calling why not make it so you can rebook online (you can only do this if you bought your flights in March and if you did that you knows what was going on so it’s unfair that they then get to easily change their bookings when people who booked before corona virus was even a thing are left in the lurch) have to pay for the other parts of the holiday today so a bit desperate to rebook or lose that bit too x so frustrated as I was on the phone for over an hour!
