So my neighbour - block of flats! - is currently conducting a botox/fillers clinic at hers, Ive seen women coming in and out, one woman has just entered with her little girl and a newborn.... wtaf!

I would report it.

Report, and if nothing is done consider your options. Try a good telling off or even a note under the door.

A good telling off? Good luck with that, depending on the type of person, a telling off could be met with a fuck off or worse.
