I'm seeking advice from you guys. I know there is worse in the world at the moment but that is not why I asked.
My holidays entitlement is 23 per yer. My employer asked us to take 10 working days off. I had already time off planned during this period so their solution is to add those 10 days to the 4 already planned.
which makes a total of 14 days out of my 23
Is this legal?
I really needed the time off for reasons that I don't want to disclose.
