I’m not into anything cardio related but usually do weights/body pump classes a few times a week. Any recommendations for classes I can do at home?
Also if anyone knows anywhere that still has home dumbbells and resistance bands in stock and not with a super long delivery time I’d be most grateful

I like Bodyfit by Amy on YouTube.

I have been working out with Fitnessblender for years. I love their style : white background, no music. They also have bodyweight workouts if you don't have dumbbells.

These both look great, exactly what I was looking for, thank you!

I’m enjoying the Popsugar ones, they’re relatively easy to follow and the countdown clock keeps me motivated!

Is the place you usually do classes doing anything? All our local gyms are running classes live from their homes, it's been a god send. My gym even gave all their equipment out on loan to anyone who does classes there

I second Fitness Blender, really easy to select the type of workout you want if you go to their website. It's all free.

Pop sugar!!

I find HASFIT very effective. And Blogilates for when I want a quick but effective bodyweight workout

I like pop sugar fitness and I squeeze it in between my xtrainer and hula hooping workout.
Well that's the plan anyway Blush.

Davina's Own Your Goals is free for 30 days, haven't used it yet but it has multiple workout styles ownyourgoalsdavina.com/

Millionaire Hoy is great, a real mix of sessions. HIIT, dumbbells, Kettlebells, hiit yoga, pure stretch. Really pushes you!

Also Effortless Health (some use dumbbells but quite a few don't). These are on the easy side if you are used to regular workouts.

For LBT type stuff Pamela Reif is good- no equipment except a mat needed.

And I second Bodyfit with Amy, Popsugar and Fitness Blender.
