What are people in flats doing about communal areas?

Just that really?
Is anyone wiping down the buttons and door handles?
What do people think about the 'stagnant air' in lifts?
What do you do when you and a neighbour are leaving at the same time?

I live in a block of about 50-60 households. The comunal hallways/ lifts are thin and confined. I didn't like getting in and out before all this but its absolutely terrifying now. Especially with the people who are chatty- they block the way in and out and there is no way to stay 2m apart and no way to know if anyone is there or not before you leave.
I just dont know what to do.

Just want to know how other people who live in flats are dealing with this?

My daughter lives in a flat
There are 6 flats in the building
She works from home because of Coronovirus
She has taken it on herself to disinfect all handrails switches and door handles in the hallway every day
It doesn't take long to do but could potentially save lives
