Using phones when out

We went to our supermarket yesterday for 'oldies hour' but cam away because of the queue and will go back at a time we know it's going to be quiet.

BUT I was amazed at the number of people in the queue who were on their phones. Think about it - you touch the trolley handle which could be contaminated with the virus. So with those same hands you pick up your phone and hold it against your face. Please don't unless it's an emergency call.

People are quite rightly using hand gel when they've let go of the trolley but they could have become infected from their own phones. Part of the advice given is to avoid touching your face so please think carefully about how 'clean' your phone is!
