Mum not taking this seriously

So backstory, me (23) and DP (25) live with my parents to save for a mortgage with our two DC (3 and 1) and my sister lives a few miles away with her two young children. My parents are both key workers, dad in grocery delivery and mum a carer.

Mum just told me shes invited my sister and dc round for a bbq tomorrow? I said to her absolutely not, we dont know if they are carrying the virus, same as we dont know if we are carrying?

Now mum is saying she is going to visit her instead? And said I'm being rediculous because "she wont catch or pass anything" ... but I guess all the thousands of people that have the virus thought theyd never catch it...

How the hell do I safeguard my children when I'm living with people that are unable to see the severity of this?

** mum is also in an at risk category, she has a brain aneurysm, and has had a stroke.
