Hermes left my parcel on the doorstep and sent me a photo showing it on the doorstep. Got home to find the parcel was not there.
Should they not have tried to hide it behind the car parked there or behind the gate? It was an expensive item containing essential items. Am raging, he could have even left it with the neighbour who said he seen him as he was outside mowing the lawn.
Now I can't contact Hermes in anyway. No there is a robot answering the online chat, the number I'm calling is saying the parcel was delivered once I put in the tracking number. I thought they used to have a proper online chat. Anyone know of anyway of contacting them?
