Worry about going to multiple supermarkets

Had a cold for the last week so been self isolating as usual, got an infected wisdom tooth atm so my dentist prescribed antibiotics over the phone and I picked up prescription from door of dentist and obviously now need to go to a pharmacy to get the medicine. We also have limited food and toiletries so due a shop- really don't want to have to go to multiple supermarkets and increase the risk but I know it's unlikely we'll be able to find what we need in one shop. Toilet roll and tissues are sold out everywhere near us and we desperately need some, family don't have any either.

Am I overreacting? I'm just so worried about getting it as I'm a vulnerable person.

You need to ask your family members or friends to shop for you and drop shopping at your door if you are considered vulnerable. Don't risk your health and that of your household. Don't risk being a carrier and passing the virus to others either.

Of course you should be worried about going to multiple supermarkets or even one supermarket as you are vulnerable. You are not over-reacting. Please ask someone else to do the shopping for you.
