Iabu as this is most definitely a first world problem. I cancelled sky as it was too expensive bearing in mind we weren't using it much, I've now realised stuck in the house we are using it a lot 🤦🏻‍♀️

I want to ring to renew our contract before it ends on the 25th but I'm not sure if anyone will even answer. Never mind be dealing with retention.

Anyone rang in the last few days? Or work for sky 🤞

Definitely worth calling. They will probably be working from home and answer calls with some sort of switchboard operator directing calls about. There’s no harm in calling so just try! Might be on for a while though.

I used the messenger app the other day to change my subscription, it took 2 days to get a response but it beats calling them

I called this morning to cancel movies- was warned in the message that due to the current situation the waiting time was over an hour but it was answered almost instantly Smile

I don't work for sky but I know people who do. Theyre communications so they're key workers. They're understaffed so anticipate high queues but also not many people are ringing because they just presume they're shut.

my husband rang sun night and got straight through, got a good saving of over £30 a month too

If you've still got the equipment and haven't sent it off they can reconnect it I think.
