No you fucking can't you idiot. Non essential travel. If you're desperate for a walk and you genuinely can't just walk around your garden (or don't have one) then walk around the block. Its supposed to be for as short a period as possible.

I am in the United States. The public libraries have been closed for over a week. There will be no fines untilApril 15, when the situation will be reevaluated. I am sure something similar will be instituted in local libraries.
