My H is on SSP due to a non-CV issue.
Nursery are closing to all families (including key workers) - which I have no issue with.
But they are continuing to charge full fees for the entirety of the closure despite not providing the contracted service as they have "staff wages to pay".
Surely they'll be profiting from us parents (who are also in a poor position) as the gov will be paying 80%?
I'm trying to find my contract as I'm sure it state we won't be charged if the service isn't provided by their choice.
Am I being unreasonable here???
