YANBU, as if hanging around for 3 hours isn't enough. I've never understood why then just can't say 9.30 to 10 o'clock instead of making you hang around all morning. I used to hate it when I took a morning off work then had to take the whole day off because they never bothered turning up when they said they would. I mean, I've better things to do with my day off than hang around indoors scratching my bum waiting for a hairy workman. And no, no one ever answers the bloody phones either.
