I am worrying about coronavirus and giving birth

During my last labour I was really ill with sickness and diarrhea- meaning I was absolutely shattered when it was time to push. Luckily I was having my third baby so labour wasn't as long as a 1st labour but it was still horrible.

Now I am in my third trimester with my 4th baby and the idea of being sick while in labour again is making me really really worried. I have read a few accounts of people with cv and the bit that scares me is the uncontrollable, on your hands and knees coughing. I can't imagine being able to push whilst in the midst of a coughing fit.
Is that why pregnant women are being told to isolate?
I am scared as hell.

I’m only 22 weeks but since this is set to last for the next few months, I’m also worried for the same reasons.

Pregnant women are considered high risk purely because they don’t know the true effects of covid during pregnancy on the foetus, particularly during first and second trimester. The only data they currently have is from women in third trimester in China who did give birth to healthy babies (thankfully). I think the British government are simply trying to cover their arses incase it transpires to have a hugely negative effect on developing foetuses.
