Particularly for the dc. My very sporty youngest dd says she finds him too annoying to watch.
Someone else must be doing to kid friendly online excersie youtube or has Joe cornered the market?

God I hope so! I'm going to have a trawl through YouTube later.

KittenVsBox · 22/03/2020 09:27

Think fitness blender does a kids version.
Loads of kids yoga stuff about.
We are mixing it up. Yes, Joe Wicks will feature, but also football, outside badminton. Hopefully cycling once we are out of quarantine- but suspect UK will be in lockdown after than.

Earch YouTube for kids workouts, stuff is there.

This was on an email I got from my child’s school

www.facebook.com/SCSCoaching/ 2 daily Facebook live sessions- activity sessions provided by the company that deliver some of our PE lessons

No idea if it’s any good but might be worth a look

Gonoodle is fantastic- free to sign up.

Also try BBC supermovers. Learning with movement- great fun.

Cosmic kids

Shesellsseashellsontheseashore · 22/03/2020 09:32

I second GoNoodle. Lots of guided dances to do.
Also cosmic yoga on youtube which is done through story. My younger ones enjoy this but also done it with older children. There is a minecraft one on there and a Harry Potter one etc.

Blueblackrose · 22/03/2020 09:38

Looking for something that preeens that are more sports than dance focused will enjoy. Luckily I have a garden too but it has gone a bit to much with too much foodball.

YouTube is king in this house!

Nike training app is awesome

BertieBotts · 22/03/2020 09:39

There is an app called 7 second workout or something like that. That's quite fun. Just look up 30 second challenges on youtube.

LambriniSocialist · 22/03/2020 09:39

Cosmic Kids is brill but it won't really get heart rates raised!

Noodlenosefraggle · 22/03/2020 09:48

My kids have really liked Joe Wicks this weekend, which is annoying for me, so I might try and mix it up. My master plan is for all of us to do an exercise video in the morning before starting work. Well see how long that lasts Grin

TheTruthAboutLove · 22/03/2020 11:13

Have you tried the Ryan Heffington Instagram page?

I first found out about him while watching Pink’s Insta Story and it looks like he does a lot of free work outs via Insta Story which is getting rave reviews. Also does a group one at a certain time, but it’s USA time.

Whoareyoudududu · 22/03/2020 11:18

Ha. Go Noodle and Cosmic Kids Yoga were recommended by my DC’s school.

Inapickleortwo · 22/03/2020 11:22

How old is your daughter?
There's a few PTs I follow that seem to be doing live workouts including Lucy M from TOWIEs fitness brand: Bradley Simmonds (twice daily home hiit/body weight workouts), Results Wellness Lifestyle (Lucy's) doing live daily videos from HIIT to yoga and GymShark are doing daily videos too. My DSD will be doing the RWL and Bradley workouts with me as she's done similar when joining in with my PT sessions in half terms and she's almost 6

Blueblackrose · 22/03/2020 11:25

She is rising 12. I would love something that would also help with a basic daily routine!
