So it transpires by looking at twitter that I got left out of a virtual pub meeting some of my colleagues had this evening. I wouldn't have fancied it much anyway. But I've been working so hard for these fuxkers over the last few days it would be nice to have been involved or invited. Feel very excluded. Fuck them.

I am a contractor working in what is considered an essential sector, with a job that involves travel and on site visits in various locations.
I arrived at todays site to discover that, although the site had nitified my client of 2 cases in there workforce, my client had concealed the information as they have closed down their offices, put directly employed staff on lock down and need their contractors to keep making them money.
I couldn't get too worked up about a virtual pub to be honest.
Their radio silence didn't extend to not harassing me to fill in a questionnaire about Ir35, to be completed after work, when I have a 300 mile drive home, because its "critical that a contractors are comiant", mind you....

Their workforce, before anyone misses the pint!

If I don't work, I don't get paid, so would have risked it anyway. What makes me angry is the failure of my client to allow me to make an informed choice
