To expect enough toilets at an event?

I went to the Police gig at Twickenham last night. Brilliant gig, felt like a teenager again. Marvellous! Except for the queue for the Ladies' toilets. As Twickenham is normally used for rugby with a predominantly male crowd, there were more male toilets than female. On our level, there were three men's and only one ladies'. There's always a queue at the Ladies' anyway so you can imagine what this one was like! It got so bad that women started going into the gents to use the cubicles there (me included ). Would it have been too much trouble for the organisers to have made some of the men's toilets ladies' just for that event?

i went too - on our level there were more ladies than mens! i walked straight in, hubby was queuing. oh i laughed.

Oh lucky you! I did not enjoy my visit to the gents but I was desparate!! It was a great gig, though, wasn't it? I haven't sung along at a concert like that for years!

LOL! Do you know, the 'ye yohs' and 'ye ay ohs' were exactly the same as the last time I saw the Police in concert (an embarrassing number of years ago!!).
