Friend with MH & immunity compromised son

My friend's son is 5. He is immunity compromised and in the current climate is very very vulnerable to infection.
He is at nursery but she has in the past withdrawn him when chicken pox has been present in his class.
She has two other older children in school.
I know a few other people who have children who would be vulnerable to CV-19. These people have withdrawn their other children from school to minimise the risk of infection to the vulnerable sibling. They have been sent work packs home from school and have online tutoring as well.

She has a history of MH and under reacting to events and then having a massive breakdown later.

My question is ; should I mention the possibility of withdrawing her other children because of the potential risks to her youngest child? She doesn't cope well having them all off school.
I want to help - I'm not judging but I care about her and her children and don't want to push her into anxiety about the virus.
