...that have chilled you to the bone.

Following on from a Ouija board thread I saw earlier today, I'd love to know what creepy things your children have said? About invisible friends, seeing ghosts, experiences from a past life...You get the picture!

Am I being unreasonable to try and take your mind off the Coronavirus to ask for your spooky tales...I hope not! :)

My friends son had the most evil smile on his face and told his mum ( he's coming for you sweet mum) hes 4! I went home i was that petrifed he looked possessed since then he's found been at end of her bed in middle of the night and stuff I haven't been round since

I'd forgotten about this but DD1 (now 5) used to ask about 'the twins' constantly: 'are we leaving the twins at home today?', 'where are the twins?' etc. Freaked me right out. When I asked about them she spoke as though I knew what she was talking about. Weird.

Friends son would say ‘when I used to be a girl I had a different mummy’ and would often say ‘but you’re not my first mummy’. My friend laughed it off but over time it started to really upset her. He stopped saying that sort of thing when he was about 4.

Our family has a ghost of a little boy. Older dc acknowledge they aren't bonkers and chat about him and his antics! Younger dc haven't been officially told but are aware things are off sometimes!
Things include - heard him playing with toy cars at night, jumping on adult ds's bed and he heard him! I and dh have heard him laugh. Keys moved. Often on a night out my top or shoes will go missing as I am trying to get ready.
Whole cupboard of cups washed /dried up back on the bench.
TV and xbox regularly tampered with.
I have seen him twice.
Heard his footsteps many times.

Not a DC but my DH often wakes up in the middle of the night gapsing in terror and climbing up the bed whilst pointing at a wall saying 'what the fuck is that????' Scares the life out of me every time and I have to calm him down before he goes back to sleep. Saying that whenever I roll over he thinks I am going to fall out the bed and 'rescues' me. I am not going to fall out the bed!

Yesterday, DD,5:

DD: there aren't many people left, because I've eaten them

Me: which part is your favourite?

DC: the brain. And the heart. The blood is the best drink. And I don't even need dips. And I don't even wash them, I eat them plain and smelly.

🧟‍♀️

Just moved to a new house & 5 year old DD asked me who kept tapping her on the shoulder, she said she thought it was daddy but every time she looked there was no one there

Made me feel a bit funny!

BoopPahhPing · 16/03/2020 11:55

Also forgot to say Dp is at work when she asks!

My Mum passed away when I was 22, 4 years before I had DD, her name was Sally. Whenever we look at pictures of her or talk about her we refer to her as Panny (long story but that’s what she wanted to be known as), no-one ever calls her Sally. I was changing her nappy the other week and she pointed towards her bed and said ‘Sal, Sal’ I said who’s Sal and she said ‘Sal there’ 😳 she also waves a lot in the air, if you ask who she’s waving at she says Sal and laughs. Quite comforting but a bit freaky 😬

My ds 3 said yesterday when I was driving do you remember when me and you were dead! Freaked me right out, I asked go. What he meant he never answered just started singing about tractors
