To imagine Justin Fletcher coming to a sticky end

Maybe sleep deprivation or just trying to distract myself from all the craziness at the moment but...

I watch the start of something special and when Justin is singing his hello song in whichever place they are at that episode, I imagine him coming a cropper in a scenario, eg falling in front of the train, getting kicked by the kangaroo at the zoo etc etc. I have to have lost it... 🙄

18 month old DD loves him. Something Special, Justin's House, Gigglebiz, Gigglequiz... whatever comes on with his face on it she stops and becomes transfixed. I couldn't stand him when DS was little but he's grown on me since DD has been watching him. I must admit, DP and I actually laugh at the names of his Gigglebiz characters. Arthur Sleep, Keith Fit, Sue Keeper. God we need to get out without the kids... Blush

When he did the hello song one episode doing animal noises in between me and DH thought he'd lost it Grin At least in his shows he has different characters to mix it up.

Agree Andy is annoying because he's everywhere, one day he turned up on Yolanda's band jam, then one of his dinosaur/aquatic/safari/prehistoric adventures, then he did the story then it was Andy and the band promos and now I'm sick of him. It's like 2012 where you couldn't move for Will.I.Am popping up bloody everywhere.

YANBU. he gives me the heebiee-jeebies, I don't know why just really creeps me out. I much prefer magic hands for signing, I have two children with special needs, one of whom is very speech delayed and I still can't bring myself to put his shows on.

NoNeed I think it was back on a thread about shagging Mick Hucknall. A MNer said her friend had shagged Justin and it was “underwhelming”. I had never previously thought of him as a sexual being. I preferred it that way.

I really like something special, it's the only thing my kid watches that I like, mainly because I'm learning Makaton from it and it's ace to see my baby sign - the novelty may yet wear off but I hope not.

I'm with you on that one.. not as annoying as "bing" the bunny though!!
Luckily my DS doesn't care much for bing but loves Justin, I just can't abide the cheesiness Hmm

I also imagine him going too raves etc in his spare time (this was after I heard his intro for his song "hands up") - well worth a listen it's quite catchy Blush

I love Justin Fletcher!! Dd was a bit obsessed with Something Special. I loved what appeared to be a genuine rapport with the children featured.

Hahaha. Thankfully mine are all too old now, but Justin was practically in everything when we were last on it. It’s hard not to fantasise ways of forcing him off-screen for a while 😂

I also had theories on In The Night Garden after a while.
Like the Tombliboos being Upsy Daisy and Makka Pakka’s bastard love-triplets who she dumped under a bush!

I used to have a dog who went fucking mental at Mr Tumble, especially when he was being an aeroplane. He was the softest dog in the world but Mr Tumble, fucking hell...

We took DS to see Justin in Panto once when he was 4. We were at the front and DS got asked on stage. Justin was talking to him and another kids and DS started rolling around on the floor. It was one of those moments when I wanted the floor to open up. It was so embarrassing even Justin didn’t know where to put himself. I would have denied having a child right then I tell ya.
