AIBU to be worried about buying our first home now?

As the title suggests, we are at around 5 weeks away from completing on our first home. We do not have a lot of spare money, I won't pretend I know a lot about the economy but these are uncertain times? We also have school age children and both work full time so closures are really going to hit hard but obviously health comes first! Anyone else just starting out like us?

We have just sold our flat and were looking for a house but everything sold in the interim waiting for the sale to go through and now theres absolutely nothing replenishing on the market whereas there was lots in january. I'm so worried we wont find anything, let alone get chance to start the process off, I should think you'll be ok with only 5 weeks to go!
