Annual Holiday Insurance - wow !

Yes I am being U but excuse me for venting here - our annual holiday insurance renewal just arrived - usually for worldwide for DH, Me & DS12 it's around £105 - renewal is for£465 Shock

For those questioning travel I'm not going away - yet - we always have worldwide insurance and it just comes up for renewal in April each year - it covers all 3 of us and excludes a couple of medical issues but covers others . We booked August 2019 to go away this August (2020) - therefore if I don't renew at this new rate we will not be covered if we have to cancel the August trip booked way before this outbreak issue .

Yes you will (with caveats/advice). Your annual policy covers you for any trips booked, even if they happen after that policy lapses.
