Had my annual Pap smear last week and also tested for HPV. HPV was negative, but Pap was abnormal so doing colposcopy next week. Had endometrial ablation 3 years ago and no longer have periods. Been experiencing more discharge than normal recently. Yellowish in color, but no strong or offensive odor. If it’s not HPV, what could be causing the discharge and abnormal pap results?
