Boris, seems to have a fixation with leaving behind a legacy. He was quite keen on statues for a bit. Then bridges. Maybe a tunnel. High speed railway. Lots of big capital spending in the latest budget. A few kids around to carry on his name. The man who did Brexit. The man who took a different stance against the rest of the world on Corona virus. My NAME will live on!! And supposedly can be a bit economical with the truth.

Definitely not. Tywin was icily competent. He didn’t care about being the star, he was happy to be the power behind the throne. Boris is much more of a Joffrey.

Tywin is humourless, never smiles (except on really special occasions), dislikes incompetency, dislikes being laughed at, is coolly intelligent, unscrupulous.

I'd say they were almost opposites to be honest. Boris doesn't mind being laughed at, but would happily cause chaos for his own profit. Tywin sees stability and prosperity as good things worth taking harsh measures to achieve.
