To ask for preggo sickness help

My sickness in this pregnancy is nothing like my last. It's really awful. I've been signed off work for three weeks as I am struggling so badly.
I can keep enough down to stay hydrated so it's probably not true HG, but the hardest bit is how much my stomach aches as well as the nausea.
I've been fully checked out, I don't actually have a stomach bug and the pregnancy is early days but going well (scan has ruled out molar or ectopic).
But the painful stomach and abdominal cramping is unbearable - it's like having food poisoning as well as the classic hungry/nausea rolling stomach and vomiting.
Did anyone else have this? Have you got any tricks to take the edge off? (Don't say ginger or sea bands - they are not helping)

I was on anti sickness medication from 6 weeks. I liked ice lollies or ice cold fizzy lemonade to sip when I couldn’t keep much else down.

Go back to your GP please. Keep going until you get help. I was sick 50 times a day and was dismissed for weeks until I ended up at Accident and Emergency desperately ill. I was sick until 6 hours after delivery and it started at 6 weeks. There are meds you can have safely. I had shed loads of them and my kid is just fine. My teeth are f*cked beyond belief. You do not have to suffer in pain like this. Have a look at Pregnancy sickness support. And there is a HG thread on here too. My user name refers to my pregnancy

Definitely go back to your GP, I was on cyclizine from 6 weeks, promethamine from 12 weeks and then on to something starting with meta.... As water just made me throw up, and vomiting 15 times a day just meant i couldn't cope. It has improved, im down to 4 times a day at 25 weeks!

Thanks all.

@gmailconfusion2 - do you feel sick all day as well, or do you just feel sick around the times you vomit? I'm not worried about hydration as managing to keep more than enough down but I just need some help feeling like I can do anything

@yukoandhiro I feel sick any time my stomach is empty but vomiting when it is full. Eating constantly eases the nausea but then I vomit as I've eaten. The tonic seems to help In between meals
