Anyone well versed in the Yankee candle department?

Hoping for AIBU traffic.
Currently buying gifts to be sent directly for a few elderly family members who live quite far away.
They love anything Yankee but rarely splash out on it so I am looking to send some to them.

Last year I bought them the clean cotton? (I believe that's the name) or the linen ones which went down very well.
But this time around I've no time to go to the shops and sniff all the candles as I need to place the order ASAP.

They don't like anything too sickly sweet or overwhelming as a couple of them get headaches with super strong scents. I'm looking at the Yankee elevation candles as I know they've not had any of those yet.

Can anyone recommend some nice not too powerful or sickly scents in the range?

I sell Yankee candles 🙋🏼‍♀️

If you want to play it safe with another fresh one like Clean Cotton I would recommend Soft Blanket or Fluffy Towels, both nice scents.
Lemon Lavender is also a very popular one (especially with my older customers) but it's quite strong. Midnight Jasmine also, not too strong but floral but seems to be popular with the older ladies again.
A great fresh one in the elevation range is Sheer Linen - not tried it myself yet but had some great feedback.

Fab thanks will look at the sheer linen. They all the elevation names I've looked at sound pretty mellow is there any other nice not too strong ones?

Sorry to jump on - any suggestion for a replacement for Beach Wood?

ShiveringCoyote · 12/03/2020 12:17

A calm place is my favourite one.

NewYearNewJobNewHome · 12/03/2020 12:28

I've just this minutes seen clean cotton and fluffy towels reduced to £13 for the large jars on Very along with other Yankee products! I can't help with scents as I love strong, fruity scents but thought that was a bargain.

I was going to recommend Lemon Lavender but see a PP has already suggested that one. Midnight Jasmine or Midsummer Nights are also nice and calming but not sickly. Dreamy Summer Nights also.
