Hi all,

I am going to a show on the 26th March. I had open heart surgery in November last year (only four months ago). I am meant to be going to a show (inside) with my best friend but am worried about the virus going around and feel that I shouldn't put myself at risk. I know she is going to be really upset with me

Do not go.

A friend wouldn't want you to risk your health anyway.

Isla727 · 12/03/2020 11:47

Wow definitely don't go!

The Republic of Ireland has just shut schools and the UK government has a Cobra meeting planned so it's likely your show will be cancelled by then.

No you can't take the risk.

Your right obviously. I'm hoping they will cancel and then the decision will be taken out of my hands. Feel really bad about it as it was booked a while ago, but I am not long enough out of surgery to risk it. I have also just only recently gone back to work three weeks ago so need to stay healthy.
Cowards way out but hey :)

Not a cowards way out at all. It's common sense.

Can someone else use the ticket and go with her?
