Rang up a customer service number to try and get to the bottom of DS' travel system snapping in two while he was in it. It happened last month but I gave up emailing as they weren't engaging with me. Gotoutofbedthewrongside answered and immediately starts quizzing me on why I'm phoning if my son is ok...
'you haven't even sent me proof of purchase or a receipt!' I replied that is why I was calling: I wanted to start the ball rolling/let them know what had happened/hopefully resolve this. 'Well it says here we replied to your email on the 2nd' (incident happened on the 25th of last month). The reply said to call their customer service number 
If I'd rang her on her personal number telling her I'd like to shag her DH, I think she'd have spoken to me with more respect!
