Motivation needed please!

I'm currently nearing the end of my maternity leave, desperately do not want to return to my current NHS trust, I've got an interview with another trust, with which if I get the job will hugely benefit my work-life balance and my sanity! Trouble is I need to prepare a 10 minute presentation and I just cannot get my arse into gear and do it! Help! I have 3 dcs, the youngest is less than a year old and not started childcare, I tend to have to nap with her ATM as she is full of cold, DH is off sick and helps, but it's just me procastinating.. How do I get this done, I want to give it my all, but I'm just at a standstill! Need all your tips on how to get this done please!

Go and do it now , don’t take your phone get your husband to mind the kids and give strict instructions not to be disturbed - find a quiet place even if it’s the toilet and at least do a plan of the headlines , once you have the outline it’s so much easier to tackle and less overwhelming

Do a quick list on your phone of things you want to say or things you need to research

It might get you motivated

Thanks for the suggestions, have a rough outline of presentation done now, it's better than nothing I'm thinking!
