Does anyone have one of those oversized blanket things? Do you actually wear it around your home and does it stop you needing to put the heating on?

I'm thinking of buying them but it's an expensive outlay for us to have one each.

O have one, but just use it as a blanket as it's annoying when I'm wanting to do stuff.
I find a fleece dressing gown far more practical.
I still have the heating on as my lungs cat cope with cold air but turn it down.

I keep the heating fairly low. I have a hooded fleece jumper and warm slippers. Those are fine for when I'm moving round the house doing things. Very warm with the hood up. I'd find something bigger pretty restrictive.

When I'm sitting on the sofa not moving, I have an extra blanket and hot water bottle if needed.
