I feel like it could be 70s/80s song, quite well known. Male singer and I think 'rainbows end' or something similar in lyrics. It's a really beautiful song....quite a slow song. It's not called Rainbows end.

The only song I can think of with "rainbow's end" in the lyric is Moon River. More 60's than 70's/80's though.
