To worry my toddler eats too many bananas?

He literally lives off them. Has 3 a day. Is that too many?!

Well, bananas are one of the better foods out there but everyone needs a varied diet. Does he eat other things too?

If they are the small kids size I'm sure he's fine. Just watch he doesn't get constipated. My DS was the same and now won't look at them.

He’s being very fussy at the moment. I think it’s his teeth.
But bananas is one of the only things he will eat at the moment. Alongside baked beans, fish fingers, satsumas and yogurts.

Oh it's probably just a phase then. At least 'narnas' are nutritious. Eating three a day appears to be perfectly safe - they do have the potential to make you ill but you'd need to eat around ten thousand, all at once, to suffer any effects.

Nor do they need any washing up Smile
