This is more hoping for advice than an aibu.
I had a book keeper as I'm self employed. She originally quoted me a monthly amount to do monthly book keeping and my tax return.
I set up a standing order.
For over 2 years she did not send me monthly reports but she would do my tax return (months after she had all the info and with a lot of chasing from me).
For obvious reasons I recently stopped using her services. I have done this tax year's books myself and once I had them up to date I asked her to send me excel files for the previous years. That was over 4 weeks ago and I've chased her twice. She replied to the first email but ignored the follow ups.
What can I do to get this information from her? She must have it as she did the tax returns. I'm so exasperated with her!
