We had a client who had come for treatment, from an area where the advice was to self isolate if symptomatic (coronavirus) . A day later that advice changed to self isolate even if not symptomatic.

Nobody told me where she'd been until after I'd seen her. I do feel a bit cross. I may well get it now if she does have it. And the thing is, she is under no obligation at all to inform us if she does have it. That's confidential information.

I doubt I'd be that ill from it if I did get it, but I do catch a lot of illnesses easily because I have Lupus. It also puts vulnerable members of my family at risk if I do.

Forgot to add that I am extremely unwell today with shivers and a rotten sore throat. I suspected this is bog standard nasty cold but there's always that suspicion

I think you should ring 111 and get tested. If you are confirmed positive you definitely have a case to make against your employer.

I hope you feel better soon.

No I don’t think she would have a case @PriscillaPresley as they were following the advice at that time. I hope you feel well soon OP and it’s just a cold. I agree you should get tested though.
