Cold food only, do we require a food certificate for this...

Are you the family and is that function a party or are you a commercial premises owner and it's being rented out?

Family and friends? No, otherwise everyone who ever feeds anyone other than themselves would need one.

We have hired the room, it’s a fundraiser event.
