To use this bolognese

Made bolognese last night and put the cooling leftovers in a Tupperware to make into lasagne today, but forgot to put box in fridge. So it's been sitting out all night with the lid loosely on; DP put it in fridge first thing.

Do I need to throw this away?

It'll be fine.

Id use it. Presumably the oven will be reheating to 170°+

If you live somewhere like Malaysia then throw it. If you live in the UK then it’ll be fine.

Why would you throw it out? It will be fine. One night is fine and not going to create any issues.

Fridge temp is 2-5°c, my house temp was 3 this morning. Unless your house is toasty warm you're gonna be fine!
