To ask of there any any tech savvy people out there that can tell me what's happened to my Gmail account? No emails coming through!

So I've had this account for years.

Always had around 10/15 emails come through a day. It's not a work email or anything.

It's the email I have for most online shop accounts so lots of offers, order confirmation etc...

Since 7th Feb I've had nothing. Nada. Zilch.

I click on spam, nothing new, important mail, nothing, social, nothing.

I've had to verify my email for a few things, used this account. Nothing comes through. I use a different one and email arrives straight away.

I've logged in to Gmail on the app and on the regular browser page.
It's the same.

Have I done something? Selected something??

I'd email gamil about it but I won't bloody receive the reply ☹️

Any troubleshooting ideas please?

Set up a 2nd email account (outlook do free ones too) and email yourself. See if it comes through. Can't explain why you're not getting anything through. Your best bet is support.

Oh also do you have it linked to a Hotmail/outlook account because maybe it's just diverting them all to one email address you use?

Yes my partner has a Gmail

And I have a 2nd

On the app it has all 3.

My 2nd one is working fine, received this morning. DHs is fine.

I've just emailed myself from my 2nd account and nothing has arrived

Is your automatically sync data been turned off? Go to settings at the bottom left then press the three dots on the right scroll down and make sure automatically sync data has been turned on.

Use the browser window for testing, as that eliminates some possible secondary issues.

Nothing in deleted items?

Nothing if you do a search for a word you know is in one of the recent emails using the search box at the top of a browser window?

If you send from your account to another and reply to it, can you find the reply? (I think this will test whether you've been using the correct version of your email address.)

Try logging into your gmail using the browser on someone else's computer, just to make sure it's not you home, network or internet provider that's causing a problem.

Storage issue sounds promising.

(If that's it, check if you store android photos at full resolution or with the compressed setting that results in free storage.)

I cnat delete my whole inbox. There are emails I want there.

Search for the sender then delete a page of results at a time. That will give you the opportunity to check if there are any emails you want to keep. Will take a long time!
