Would anyone like to join me in lighting a candle in solidarity for @gojettergirl and her beautiful boy this evening? Like many others, I was moved to tears reading her post and would love to light up the room like he undoubtedly lit up her life. Sleep tight little one...

Lighting a little candle tonight x

A wee prayer and a candle lit for gojetterboy his fantastic Mummy and his whole family, thinking of you all. Candle lit here in Birmingham.

I’m in the US, west coast, so I will be lighting a candle this evening and keeping the support going for you, @gojettergirl, and your wonderful son.

I wish I could take a little bit of your pain away. Life is SO unfair.

This organization offered great support when we lost our 7 year old son. I know how excruciatingly painful losing a child can be, so I’m sending you support and understanding.

Thank you so so much, the love and support for my Little GoJetterBoy has been overwhelming, I can’t put into words how grateful I am for each and every one of you pulling me together and giving me the strength to carry on, thank you ❤️

I spent time with DS this morning, and read him Penguin, I don’t think it’s sunk in properly yet, as when I got to the bit where he would usually say “nothing” I expected him to say it, I’m told that’s perfectly normal, but it really did break me, I’m going to see him again tomorrow, and have to arrange to register his death, probably tomorrow too, I’ve booked his funeral, and told Carers allowance unit, I could barely get the words out, but some of the hardest bits are done. I just wish I still had him here with me, or I could at least swap places with him 😭

I have lit a pink candle especially for GoJetterBoy.
He has touched so many people ❤

Burning here in West Sussex. And I've given my boys an extra tight cuddle tonight.

Your update is so so brave. I can't believe how strong you are. I don't have children myself so can't even imagine how strong that bond is. You speak with so much love. The bit you wrote about reading the story to him broke my heart all over again! Sending you love and strength xx
