to ask whether any of you remember your parents when they were young?

So my mother would have had me when she was 25/26.

I have a very early memory of the sound of her high heels. No idea why that stuck with me, but I know it's from when I was maximum 3 (we moved to a different house when I was 3). So she would have been 28/29 (which is so young to me now in my early 40's!). She must have been going on a night out or something and I've no idea why this particular occasion seems stuck in my head. Another recollection I have is her deciding she wanted to lose weight and taking an old battered bike from the shed and flying down the hill will me on the crossbar lol (rural - don't worry).

I'm always amused that my dd seems to think of me as 'Mammy' and not as a human so to speak lol.

My parents were 20 ish when I was born so yes, I remember my young parents. Still quite a shock to see my dad as old as he always feels young to me.

Yes me but they were middle aged in their twenties! Not so different to how are they are now in their 60’s
