Inspired by the other ongoing thread.
A former colleague of mine used to brag all the time and one time said they had bagged a role on a famous TV show. I just rolled my eyes and ignored them. They often spouted bullshit and I was sick of hearing them.
Turns out they did! (A non-speaking role, coughExtracough but a role nonetheless)!
