Ok so it often results in acute canine paralysis but just sitting with this little guy is like a therapy session. Feeling him laying content on me or snuggled next to me can take me out of myself and just let me breathe.

@WatchoutfortheROUS he is a rather small jrt! He'll be chuffed the camera makes him look like a big boy.

@pussycatinboots it only works if one is wearing odd socks Grin

@Alonelonelyloner there are actually two...but the other one is too much of a fidget arse! Wink

Is he really a Jack Russell? I've never seen a red JRT before. Definitely the best cure.

Ours look quite alike except for the noses.

Wilson is a chihuahua cross. His previous owner said a Jack Russell.

I love when my friends dog chooses to sleep on my lap. We have lovely cuddles and he really calms me down, except when he chases the cat!

Agree, the presence of my dogs is very calming. But my anxiety attacks usually start in situations when they aren't around (ie when I'm out and about, travelling, working etc) so sadly it's not a cure.

But it's always nice to come home to their snuggles

I've no idea what Wilson is.

I know he is part chihuahua but he doesn't look like jack chihuahua crosses.

Eitherway he's just bouncy AF all day and he's just so loving and happy 24 7.

We've only had him two weeks.
