We have only just got Netflix (very late to the party) I’m watching Jane the virgin which is quite good. Any other refs? Also do you get notice when they take things off of Netflix? I don’t want to get partway through something and then they take it down. Anything else I should know?

I sew and actually just joined Netflix so I can watch Next in Fashion.

dorisdog · 20/02/2020 19:42

Narcos. Sex Education. Always be my Maybe.

You have so much to look forward to!

YappityYapYap · 20/02/2020 19:45

Whatever you do OP, don't watch 'don't fuck with cats'. I haven't been able to sleep properly and feel very disturbed by it

YappityYapYap · 20/02/2020 19:47

It's very well made and everything but you need a strong stomach for it as it's quite shocking and dark

MarshaBradyo · 20/02/2020 19:49

TheBigFatMermaid I loved Next in Fashion. Thought the winner was brilliant.

TheBigFatMermaid · 20/02/2020 19:52

49MarshaBradyo, only watched to episode 8 so far, I only signed up on Tuesday.

pinkpanther84 · 20/02/2020 19:56

Definitely watch The Stranger. It's a British mystery/thriller and so gripping and exciting

TattiePants · 20/02/2020 19:57

Another question....how do you remove something from your ‘continue watching’ list. It removes automatically when you finish the series but I can’t figure out how to delete the ones I thought were crap and gave up on. Removing them from your ‘to watch’ list doesn’t work either.

thefemalelemur · 20/02/2020 19:59

Sex education

threesenoughthanks · 20/02/2020 20:07

If you Google "new to Netflix March 2020" or "leaving Netflix February 2020" you get a list of what's coming and going which is really useful.

thecatneuterer · 20/02/2020 20:11

@AntennaReborn OMG really! Thank you!

Graphista · 20/02/2020 20:25

I'm out of the habit been watching prime much more. Currently catching up with NCIS.

Re when a show/movie is being removed there's an official Netflix Uk and Ireland Facebook page and one called "new on Netflix Uk" which isn't official but is good for what's coming up and what's leaving

Baker1985 · 20/02/2020 20:30

Hooked on homeland at the min. And no they don't tell you when taking things of my LG 4 was furious they removed the witches she watched it almost every day

Needtobepositive · 21/02/2020 13:49

Thanks all. Lots for me to add to my ‘list’ no idea when I will get time to watch them all. 😀

@MashedSpud @Needtobepositive you sign up to get an email for notifications what is leaving Netflix. www.whats-on-netflix.com/leaving-soon/titles-leaving-netflix-uk-in-february-2020/

Also would recommend Mindhunter

OkMaybeNot · 21/02/2020 13:57

Has anyone said The OA?

#1 most underrated imo.

DonEmmanuelsDingleberries · 21/02/2020 14:01

Bojack Horseman

DonEmmanuelsDingleberries · 21/02/2020 14:06

I found Tidying Up With Marie Kondo strangely compulsive as well.

Cornettoninja · 21/02/2020 14:14

@OkMaybeNot. I love OA. I was so disappointed Netflix didn’t renew, especially since the creator said he had five seasons mapped out. I saw a comment off someone who’d just watched it knowing there were no more seasons coming say that they still really enjoyed it and thought it was quite a nice place to end so I might give it another watch for completion.

ChocoChunk1 · 21/02/2020 14:14

Anne with an E.
Disenchanted.
Queer Eye.
For a great Mystery, I loved Alias Grace.
For an awesome western, try Godless.

Purpletigers · 21/02/2020 14:15

Grimm
How to get away with murder
The chalet
Black spot
The dark

OkMaybeNot · 21/02/2020 14:19

@Cornettoninja weeell there's a pretty convincing rumour going round that the supposed cancellation of the show is a stunt. Netflix haven't actually confirmed it's gone as far as I know.

Considering where the OA ended up in the finale (avoiding spoilers), it makes sense!

#SaveTheOA

Cornettoninja · 21/02/2020 14:25

Aaarrrgggh! I thought I’d reconciled that particular disappointment Grin

OkMaybeNot · 21/02/2020 14:30

Sorry Grin

I do think it will be back though. And everyone's actual tweets, media articles and phonecalls to Netflix (yeah people did that) are all going to be part of the new season.

I can't wait. Unless it's not. Aggh.

MintyMabel · 21/02/2020 14:46

Another question....how do you remove something from your ‘continue watching’ list

Scrub the episode through to the end, usually removes it.

If not, you can do it by logging in to it on the website.

I’ve just finished bloodline, worth a watch.

Agree with Dead to Me, The Crown, the good place.

Would add When They See us, about the Central Park five.
