I am separating from my husband. I believe he has hidden money in other accounts/shares/premium bonds/safety deposit box (who knows where!) that he hasn't presented to the solicitor in the initial paperwork. Does the solicitor have any grounds to find it if he hasn't declared it? Can solicitors do that legally, find out from banks? I have a meeting next week so I can ask then but was interested to know ahead of that what rights do they have in law to find money that someone has hidden from a spouse? And I suppose it would cost
a lot of extra money to do that too. Thanks.
