It looks like dribble rash. Is he otherwise well? Hand, foot and mouth can also look like that but that usually presents with a temperature too. My dd had sepsis last year, it most definitely does not look like that rash if you are worried about something serious. I always worried about rashes, but when its sepsis/meningitis rash it is unmistakable and you just know. If your baby is otherwise well, just put a bit of aveeno cream on and try not to worry.

Could be dribble rash, especially if you use a dummy. I would say dribble rash, start of impetigo or HFM. Only way to know for sure is go to the GP.

He’s at the doctors at 10am. He’s got his new nursery settling in session this afternoon so hopefully it’s just a dribble rash.
He does have a dummy and is currently teething so hopefully it’s just dribble rash

Just to update, it’s hand, foot and mouth. It’s all over his hands and bum and lower legs now.
Rang new nursery to explain and they said, no problem, we don’t exclude for H,F & M. Current nursery did a dramatic intake of breath and nearly fainted! He must absolutely not come back to nursery 😳
Off how policies change!
