Aibu - burnout- single parent & autism & birthday

My child has autism and it's exhausting dealing with basics. Any ideas on some nice, high impact birthday ideas? We have only recently moved to the area so it's a me + 2 kids thing. I'm thinking maybe we could do a cafe lunch in TGI Fridays.
