I posted a couple of weeks ago about a dilemma I found myself in (of my own making) and got some great feedback. I basically had taken a huge step backwards in my career due to stress issues and hated what I was doing, but I was terrified of telling my employer/friend I was leaving.
The posts on here made me realise I could resign and needed to be much more assertive and less of a yes person.
So I got a job! Much better pay than I expected, great prospects, good team. Much happier!
