Was surprised at the very small handful of folk with masks on at the airports.
Really very very few.

I’m from Northern Ireland- if you got in a flap about every bomb scare or legitimate threat during the 90s and early 00s you’d have never left the house. You just can’t live in a permanent state of worry over stuff you can’t control.

The I think people need to catch themselves on about the actual potential threat levels from the virus. You’re more likely to be in a car crash for example, but I do t see anyone suggesting to never get in a vehicle again to mitigate the risk.

My child's on a school trip this week, overseas.

But I am aware of parents who've contacted school to ask about cancellation

Thinking of booking a holiday as prices may be lower :)
